Haven North Policies
CHECK-IN 3:00pm / CHECK-OUT 11:00am. Please check with the office for early check-in or late check-out availability.
ALL CONDOS ARE NO SMOKING. TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED.
DEPOSIT POLICY: A credit/debit card is required to confirm all reservations. VISA/Mastercard/Discover accepted. Personal checks welcome for deposits only. Haven North requires the first night lodging charge for nightly reservations or $100 for weekly/monthly reservations. A two-night minimum stay is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit refund less $10 cancellation fee will be issued for a nightly/weekly reservation that is canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture but we are happy to forward your deposit toward a future visit within the year. For monthly rentals, the cancellation policy is 45 days prior to arrival. Reservation balances not paid in full prior to departure will be charged to the credit card on file. Early departures and no-shows may be subject to full payment.
NOTE: A $10.00 administrative fee will be charged on all cancellations.
Haven North reserves the right to reassign your condominium to the same size or larger unit without notice if necessary.
DAMAGES: ANY damage or loss found to the condominium during or after guest departure is the responsibility of the card holder, including excessive cleaning. Haven North reserves the right to charge the credit card for the full amount of damages or additional cost. Linens found seriously damaged, soiled, or stolen will be charged to the card holder. Each condo is individually owned but managed by Haven North Property Management. Please be considerate of the owner's property. Haven North Property Management and Owners Association are not responsible for any personal injury or damage/loss to personal property.
CAPACITY: Exceeding the published sleeping capacity of a condo is prohibited.
PET OWNERS: A variety of pet-friendly condos are available at Haven North upon request. A $50 Non-Refundable Pet Dog Deposit is required. Sorry, no cats. We require that dogs be crated if left inside the condo, be leashed at all times outdoors and immediately cleaned up after. Any disturbance/damages/injuries caused by the pet is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder. Please be considerate of your condo and the neighbors so we can continue welcoming your family pet. A pet deposit may be assessed upon the discretion of Haven North management. Excessive housekeeping cleaning time required will be charged to the reservation holder's credit card following departure.
PARKING: Parking is located directly in front of your assigned condo door. Trailer and boat parking is available; please check with the office for specifics.
